THINGS TO KNOW PRIOR TO BOOKING A SESSION
DEPOSIT
This non-refundable fee is due at the time of booking to reserve the date and time of your session. It is applied to the total cost.
SESSION INCLUDES
Portrait session for up to 5 subjects ($20 per additional subject), pre-session consultation via phone or email, editing according to experience selected and online viewing gallery of proofs. More than 6 subjects will require us to book a larger studio and there is a $75 fee. Please contact us to discuss other studio options (if needed).
DIGITAL COLLECTIONS
Our images are delivered through digital download only. This allows you to download and print your final images and easily make unlimited copies to share. Prints may be purchased through the online store provided with your proofing gallery.
PAYMENT
Full payment is due at the beginning of the session. We accept cash, PayPal, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.
WEATHER
Kelly Monique Photography will make the final decision in regards to weather. If there is a 40% or greater chance of rain on the forecast 2 days before your scheduled session, your session will automatically be rescheduled. You will have the option of switching your outdoor session indoor. Kelly Monique will not shoot in weather conditions harmful to health and/or camera equipment.
ATTIRE
We do not plan/coordinate attire. We work with several stylist and will provide their information upon request. Please come dressed to start session at the designated time. You may arrive up to 15 minutes early to get dressed. Please make these arrangments prior to session.
HAIR
Please bring hair-retouching supplies. We are not responsible for stray hairs in images.
LOCATION
Locations are chosen by the client. Photographer will make suggestions, if requested. We will not disclose locations or make location suggestions until our services are secured with a deposit. Our services include areas within a 30 mile radius of 77040. We will travel to other area; however, this request must discussed in advance and may require additional fees.
PROMPTNESS
We have a 15-minute late rule. If you are over 15 minutes late, your session will be cancelled and your Deposit will not be refunded. There is a $25 rescheduling fee if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you would like to proceed with your session, your session will still end at the designated time. If time permits (according to the photographers schedule), you may pay a $50 late fee for photographer to proceed with session when you arrive and shoot for the entire duration.
IMAGE DELIVERY
The online proofing gallery will be provided 2-3 business days after session. Final images will be provided 7-10 days from the date final favorite selections are made. Please select rush services if images are needed in a shorter timeframe. This includes just 1 picture. Weekends and Holidays are not included with businesss days.
COPYRIGHT
All photo copyrights belong to Kelly Monique Photography. You will be given printing rights only with your package.
PLEASE DO NOT POST IMAGES FROM THE PROOFING GALLERY ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
ADVERTISEMENT
Kelly Monique Photography owns all rights to the images and may duplicate, market and advertise at our discretion. We will request consent for the posting of any images which include children/minors. If you would like the images held for a special occasion, please advise us in advance.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
There will be no Deposit refunds for cancellations. All reschedules will require a new deposit If requested less than 5 days in advance.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
You will be required to choose an Experience upon booking. This gives us an idea of how many photos to capture. Your session may or may not take the entire allotted time.
PROPS
Client is responsible for their own props. If you would like us to provide props there are additional fees depending on what you are requesting. Seating will be provided for studio sessions from our Studio Collection. Special requests for a custom photo set must be discussed with the photographer in advance.
CHILDREN
NO CHILDREN are allowed in the studio unless they are being photographed.
We are not responsible for uncooperative children. Session will not be extended due to these circumstances.
RESHOOT
If you are not satisfied with your photos due to negligence of Kelly Monique Photography, we will reshoot. Your reasoning for a reshoot must be practical and justified. If a reshoot is granted, no images from the first session will be used. If you want images from the first session, you may purchase them separately after your package from the second session is completed.
